Ingredients: certified organic soybeans, well water, Bacillus subtilis culture. Kosher.

This variety is made by fermenting small soybeans using Bacillus subtilis natto culture. Most traditional natto sold in the US is made with small soybeans; that’s how we know natto. We are happy to report that we found certified organic natto soybeans. This means that as of December 1, 2020, all Rhapsody natto is made from certified organic, including the Small Bean Natto.

Shelf Life: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Kept refrigerated best consumed by the “Best By” date on the package, plus a few days. Natto keeps well in the freezer for at least one year. Once thawed best consumed within a few weeks.

    This is excellent natto!! We usually bought Japanese natto from a local market, but they closed. I learned of Rhapsody Foods online and decided to order some to try. I’ve now ordered both the large bean and small bean natto at least three times since.
    This is great stuff!! Everyone in my house is Japanese, and I can tell you that they all find this natto to be easily as good, or even better than most Japanese natto. I’ve recommended this company to all of my Japanese friends to get their natto here.
    I also enjoy the fact that these products are completely organic. Most of the Japanese natto sold in the USA is frozen in little styrofoam packs with no date on them. Now way to know how old they really are. With Rhapsody Foods I know that I am getting a fresh superior product!! Thank you, Rhapsody Foods!!
