Please order your goodies in the week prior; December 10 to the 15th, to guarantee shipment on the 16th.

    I live in Pittsburgh, PA region, and am looking to purchase already-made Amazake Shakes (I heard that a company called Grainaissance used to make it). Do you have any idea where I can find such products? No luck online. Thanks for whatever help you can provide!

      Grainaissance has seized operations. No company is making that any longer. The only option right now is to buy amazake koji and make your own amazake and shakes from that.
